Through negotiation, demonstration or direct action, WE FIGHT to make the lives of the homeless better. WE FIGHT to insure the dignity of those who are homeless. WE FIGHT to put a permanent roof over the heads of those who are homeless. WE FIGHT to end the unending crisis of homelessness. JOIN US!

    Last October, a crisis developed after the closing of the Long Island Bridge and the various homeless shelters and services provided on Long Island in Quincy. ACT UP Boston called for an emergency meeting to respond to that crisis. From that meeting the Boston Homeless Solidarity Committee was formed. Although open to all, the Boston Homeless Solidarity Committee is an organization where those who are homeless set the agenda, The ultimate goal is to end the crisis of homelessness here in Massachusetts.
